Air conditioner recirculation weird behaviour

I wanted to ask if it is a normal behaviour, but since I bought the car, if I don't have enabled the air recirculation (find attached the image of the icon), then cold air is coming out from the air vents even de air conditioner is switched off. This also happens during the winter, and it was super annoying having cold air coming in when the A/C was off.

I find the air flow issues annoying as well, especially in winter when the air suddenly becomes cool.
Sometimes i notice that I accidentally touch the recirculation or A/C buttons when using the gear switch to/from P.

I think it's a normal behaviour, similar to many other cars. For me it's normal to have some fresh air coming inside and therefore if you don't want air, simply close the air vents moving them sideways
