Hi,

Is there someone who has updated mx-30 basic model first edition bass.
The basic speakers, specially low bass sound is quite a poor. It has (if I'm not wrong) 8 speakers and not have subwoofer at all if I understand right. Is there somewhere ready place or wirings or anything what makes it easy to install, better bose speakersystem has woofer though? It would be best if somewhere isnready place where could make installing deteching anything.

Read this first as it gives you some idea of what is required. It can be done by tapping into the amp under the front seat but best done by an audio specialist

Ans: it depends on the box length of the subwoofer. if the subwoofer has space. Then you can insert a new woofer into the existing box. you just need some screwdrivers for adjusting the woofer in the box.

I just did this, installed an Audison sub in the trunk, it seemed to be limited space under the seat. You need to tap into the speaker output from the amp under the passenger seat. Really thin cables... Tap into front wwofer, right and left. Pull power directly from the battery, you can pull it through just behind the battery. The plastic covers on the floor are easy to remove, so you can hide the cables under there.
