Yesterday the car decided to emergency stop by itself from about 15mph - put it down to dodgy glare on the road as the car in front was pulling away, big warning noise + brake indicator then brakes hard on.
This morning I unlocked the car and got the kids loaded in as usual, when I got in the speedo display was blank (it was backlit but displaying solid dark grey colour) apart from a little yellow triangle in the top right. Yellow charge cable warning indicator was also illuminated. Car started as normal and the triangle + light went off. Took the kids to school and when I got back in the car the foot brake was locked. Car was doing a status check at the time so may be related. Anyone else had anything similar?
