For 2 months, during charging, the speed decreases 2-3 minutes after its start, using fastcharging. At the beginning, the speed is kept at about 35-40kw, but after 2 minutes it starts to drop down to 10kW, and the amperage from 100a to 20a. The problem is definitely not in the charging stations. What can help solve this problem?

Always first 1kw is delivered with 100a, despite of conditions you plug it in. Then it can drop depending on factors like temp, SoC level.

Most likely your battery is cold, what is shown as temp?

Worst is it would not go up after charging process being initiatiated.

10kW seems very low, regardless the temperature of the battery.

I experienced such low charging speed only under special conditions and only when the battery is almost full (above 90%).

I haven't had experience of fast charging however my 3 month MX30 had intermittent charging problems and then eventually stopped charging completely. A new charging unit was fitted under warranty and now have no charging issues. Mazda customer service was not the best in trying to get them, enterprise car hire and the dealership to talk to one another but thats another story. Consider your charging unit. Mine maybe a one of or the start of a wider issue.
