charging 12v battery

I am a retired Auto electrician.
EVs obviously do not have an aternater to charge 12v battery.
The large battery sends 14v to the 12v battery when you are driving.
What you are doing is fooling the control module ,which activates charging system when you are in any drive mode.
The reason I say you must be in a locked area which you control, is for security,or if you are in the car and using the audio or play systems,this stops the 12v battery from getting low.
