Charging past set percentage

Hi All,
We have purchased a 2022 GT and love the car however recently we are having an issue with the car continuing to charge pas the set percentage.
When the set point is reached the car does stop charging but then every 2-3 minutes it starts up and takes a minute or two of charge and then repeats.
I have changed the set level of charge in the car settings and same results.
We are using a level 2 32amp building wide connected system (apartments) and have tried a different parking spot with the same results.
If I send a stop charging request from the app the car will restart charging soon after.
Any advice would be appreciated.
I'm thinking a trip to the dealership is on the cards.
