I had a MX-30 member here who Messaged me from Sweden who had an issue with his wifes Carplay and how his Mazda Connect Screen would freeze on them when the Phone was removed.
I supplied him the new genuine current or available as a download file and he manually updated his MX-30 Mazda Connect and now all works fine, they are no longer experiencing the screen freeze After 11028 new file was updated.
To find out what Version is installed in your Mazda MX-30 do the following...
1. Turn the ignition to ACC or to ON.
2. Select ”Settings” on the Home screen.
3. Select “System Setting”.
4. Select “System Information”.
5. Select “Version Information”.
6. See 'System Software'
Version Number like 11007 is revealed.
