Still have my trusty Mazda 3 diesel from -16 for long trips and not having to deal with courtesy/loaner cars!Booked in 30/06/22. Parts will be in stock within 10 days from today but first courtesy car is not available until the 30th. They obviously have not done this fix before so cannot with hand on heart tell me how long it may take hence the courtesy car. 🤞

Understandable, my wife drives back and fort to Denmark a lot as her family lives there, hence why we still keep it.Kvickstick, given I am the only driver I would need to either tow one car or wear them like roller skates 🛼 to the dealership. The courtesy car is free bar a mortgage for fuel so why not. Given the costs of keeping two cars going annually in comparison to a one off loaner.......right now back to roller skate practice 😁

I had a fix attempt in march but the issue has returned - I had to wait for parts to arrive etc, is this this or has another method been devised?Dealer is now ordering the parts and will give me a call when they arrive to book the car in.

Ah sounds promising, just booked mine inMharp, this is different. If you are like myself the last fix part(s) was a spray can! This looks a permanent fix attempt.

Cant read it, what is a TSB?Mazda recently issued a TSB for this problem, hopefully this will be a permanent fix for those who have been having this rattle issue.
If the dealer is having problem locating this TSB in their system, ask them to search for:

After some adjustments i actually can read the file now. I emailed my mazda specialist about it. No reactions yet. The door alignment in april already did the job for me. I asked him to apply the supposed adjustment next time.I am using drive pdf reader and it opens fine. Perhaps Adobe doesn't like the format. Can you download another reader? Or open it on another device?

Thank the lord for that TSB! you get a gold star TheBriggie. My MX30 goes into the dealer in two weeks, they advised that Mazda Japan said to replace door rubbers and the parts have arrived. Do you think it’s worth me taking a copy of the TSB?The technical service bulletin informs Mazda dealerships of problem and resolution.
