I'm certainly fascinated to see what they do with an EV service! Apart from the HVAC filters, windscreen wipers, and tyres almost everything else is a lifetime component now!Booked mx30 in for first service 12 months old 6000 miles Shrewsbury main dealer £104
anybody been quoted different , we will see on the service report and see what they do for that money
Pretty much, according to the scheduled maintenance in the owners manual, only other replacement item, is brake fluid every 2 years.I'm certainly fascinated to see what they do with an EV service! Apart from the HVAC filters, windscreen wipers, and tyres almost everything else is a lifetime component now!
Apart from the obvious, even on a car with one, a fuel filter replacement would be ridiculous on a first service! Call them out, walk away.I’ve booked my first service in for March. They told me that they recommended cleaning/servicing the fuel filter for an additional £34. I had to point out it was an EV. 🤦♂️ Not sure how much yet.
Birillo_79 where did you find this info. Was it from a particular dealers website or elsewhere?you can buy a 3yrs service pack at 349£ - which might end up being cheaper? View attachment 514
wow 20€ well we do live in rip off Britain I think I might ask what are they going to change pollen filters and such like. For the first service for my MX-30, I paid 20 €. Just inspection, no part replaced.
True, but according to Mazda, the Italian and UK service are be same, with no parts replaced in the 1st service, only inspection as Wimac said.Without knowing what they actually done for 20 euros we maybe comparing apples and pears. If it the same as a UK service then we are being ripped off but without the info we don't know...for sure
