Several times and now more often my car applies full braking when slowing down to the point all 4 wheels lock up passengers get thrown forward and anybody following is very close to hitting the back of my car.

if I apply light braking to slow down for speed bumps, the car in front turning off, coming up to a give way sign or any other occasions where I apply light braking my car literally slaps the brakes on with full force and letting go as if nothing happened.

This happens so random I never know when it will do it lately it’s doing it more often, It’s bloody scary for occupants or people following me. Anybody ever had this happen?, not seen anything in the forum so I would guess that’s a “No”.

car is going in to dealership tomorrow, will be interesting if they can find the cause.

im normally driving with regen fully off, it can happen if there is nobody or somebody in front of me so it doesn’t appear to be the collision system kicking in, although this would be the most probable fault.
The dealership are ordering the module/parts that this system uses (which will probably take months to arrive) as no codes are being recorded by the ECU.
I will post updates as and when for anyone following.
Keep smiling as you pass every fuel station😂😂

Just a small hint may not be the problem though. I the forward crash alert engaged, not sure if it is a safety thing but it may be that you have inadvertently set too close if that’s possible. May be completely wrong but worth a punt.
