Hello

I see today when I was set In the car and the car was on the glovebox light is one ( u can see it from the uperside of the box, why its not of when it's close ,
It's of just when the car is off

I believe it stays illuminated when the car's headlights are on. Was your lights on? If so turn them off and the glove box should not be illuminated. Check it.
