I was a bit shocked today when I opened the boot, using the keyless entry and the alarm went off when placing a piece of wood through to the rear seats. Obviously the interior sensors are not disarmed when opening the boot, so thought I'd raise it just in case anyone else does the same.

It's happened to me twice for no reason. Twice out of hundreds of times just makes me shrug my shoulders...hey ho...not worth giving brain time That includes the golf clubs going in and out numerous times as were steps, wood, pipes, hostages...oops didn't mean the last one...

If your situation is repeatable that's different and needs dealer attention!
