Intermittent Beeping

Can anyone help with intermittent beeping please? I have the GT Sport Tech, 2 months old. A couple of days ago it started beeping randomly. Sometimes a few beeps in a row, other times just one beep. It stops if I turn the whole centre console off but still happens if radio is on mute. No warning symbols come up and i've read through the manual but can't seem to figure out what is causing it. It happens every few minutes and is becoming very irritating :(
Thank you

Hi. Sorry I cannot give you any advice but i am suffering from the same issue. Really annoying! Had the car for 4 months but beeping started after 2 months. Manual and dealership cannot help. I thought it was speed limit changes but now think it is advance warning of other roads joining the road I am driving on. Thinking about a factory reset.
Email Mazda UK. They take days to respond but you will get more information from them than the dealer. I think that there are a whole raft of software issues with the car that could benefit from a list. I may have a go at putting one together.

Thanks for the advice which I will take. I have a few other unresolved issues if you decide to compile a list. Still love the car !

Hello! I had the exact same problem. I solved this by dim down the lights in the speedometer dashboard on the right side of the speedometer! Hope it can help you too. I was reading that Mazda have several cars with the exact same problem.

I had the same problem and it happened every time I passed the same spot. Take out the SD card and if that works tell your dealer and they will replace the part that causes it.
Hi, My MX has just started doing the intermittent "beep" thing a couple of days ago. It's defiantly linked to the Nav.
If I Mute the navigation in the Nav settings the beep no longer happens. I tried the "dimmer button" solution, but no joy.
I'm going to see if it beeps today when I'm using the Nav unmuted on my journeys.
Cured the intermittent beep by resetting the setting all back to default. I never managed to figure out what caused it though.

Doing this to cure bleep noise is a bit of a pain as you set up your car for your personal driving preference, I remember when I had the car it took me about 30 minutes to set thinks how I might like things but might have to do this as a last resort

I am having the same problem on my 2022 CX-5. I will try the reset to default. Thanks!

I have had the exact same issue. This has been driving me crazy for a couple of months! Apparently, this is a known issue and Mazda is working on a solution (see the link Thebriggie posted above). It is definitely related to the navigation system, even if you never use the Mazda's built-in navigation. However, if you eject the SD card, things like speed limit and stop sign recognition no longer work, and I really like those features. Until Mazda releases a permanent fix, here's what got rid of the noise for me: I turned off the navigation guidance by going to the Home Screen > Navigation > Menu (you need to press down on the big circle button to access the menu) > then toggle Mute Guidance (make sure the box is checked). I know it's not a permanent solution, and it may not work for you if you use Mazda's built-in navigation, but it got rid of the noise for me, and I am happy to just use Apple or Google Maps for my navigation.

I am also having this issue and the dealership is trying to tell me it’s my blind spot monitor but I know that it’s a different noise. Did anything you figure out help you?
I had this bleeping start on mine. I loaded the latest CMU and TCU updates from ASH8 (see other posts on this site) and it hasn't happened since. If you look in the change logs for EU 11030, the latest change covers intermittant bleeping. Note this is the Europe version, so you would need the CMU update for your region. Your dealer should be able to update this for you if you don't want to do it yourself.
