I‘ve seen people saying that some of the information in the user manual is sometimes hard to find ( battery cooling ) etc. I’ve also found this to be the case. In my case it was , de misting explanation not very clear. One of the members put me right, can’t for the life of me think who it was but info good & worked. I’m finding if your sat in the car looking something up & start fiddling you then run the little battery down. I seem to remember some member saying switch car on before fiddling, must admit this makes sense. One more thing that has cropped up with me is apps. For example I look for an app with a specific name & when I click search it seems to shoe 3 or 4 apps, & there lies my problem, what one do you download. Hope someone who understands where I’m coming from can help me out. Thanks chaps.

Ok podpoint, when I search a few results come up so not sure what to do. There are a couple of others but can’t remember, they are mainly to do with public charge point. I am going to attempt a long distance run 70 miles each way, but I want to be prepared. Any help would be great. Thanks Thebriggie.

Thebriggie now have 5 public charger apps in my phone. Not that savvy with apps but it now appears to me that when I searched for an app like podpoint for example it showed maybe three different pages of the app & me I thought they were different apps ha ha. Just shows how much you can learn on this forum if you don’t worry about feeling daft for asking. I’ve learnt about MX30 & basic computer apps yea.

FYI also if you have your car set up for mazda scheduled charge and you are charging outwith the schedule I find that I need to go into ev settings and tick on the charge when connected box to activate charging
Do you mind if I ask a question on this…….?

We can’t seem to find the charge when connected setting in EV settings on our(still broken) mx30, or the loan car we have at the moment.
Thanks

fred
