I contacted Mazda Technical today , and told them I want answers about Rapid charging. At 55% I connect and get 32kw charging but after a few minutes it drops to between 9 and 12%. This happens in low temperatures 3Deg or 12 degrees. Dealers cannot give me an answer so I am hoping Mazda UK customer services come up with some answers.

I jumped on a 150kwh charger recently, but obviously as the Mazda is restricted I was hoping between 30-40kwh, however, due to the outside temperature I was getting 20kwh, despite driving for 20 mins when I would have thought the battery would be at a good temperature.
