[MX-35]

Hi M from the Netherlands, 49yr old psychologist, wife, no kids, one medium dog and fan of all sorts of cars since little kid. Currently happy driver of a 2020 MX-30, 2016 MX-5 ND Bbr gti 200+ and a 2012 mini clubman Cooper.

The MX-30 is awesome, the luxury version without the sunroof, bought in nov 2021 in Germany and imported by me.
I paid nothing more than 22500e and it had 7500 km on it. We drove 2700 km in 6 weeks. Past 6 weeks i never needed the mini or the Bbr. We have a wallbox pulsar with fixed 8m cable and load capacity at home is around 6kwh an hour. 8 Solarpanels on the roof. 95% of all loadings happens at home. Range between 140 km (minus 4 dgr Celsius) and 210 km (15 dgr Celsius). Road use is a Mix: 30% 60kmh, 30% 80kmh, 30% 100kmh. Max speed (tried only once) on tacho was higher than 150?

The first car in my life in which i always feel at ease and refreshed after driving it. The world seems to slow down when im driving this mighty Mazda.

Not happy with: Annoyed by the sound of the doors while driving and the lane assist.
Happy with: The bose sound system!

Range discussions are useless, because my lifestyle fits the MX-30.

Welcome. I assume you have rattly door syndrome....as does a few mx30's. Dealerships now have a fix. I have had mine done (realigned doors and fitted extra padding) and 🤞 it's all quiet now. Great drive and range does not bother me one jot either!

Thanks Alan, yess rattly doors, both sides on every road except tarmac. Thanks for the tip! I will get in to it. Two weeks ago my dealer tried to fix it with silicon spray. 😂

I found it was the trim around the window in the rear corner of both front windows. Fixed it by adding a little silicon sealant in there. Worked perfectly and saved a trip to the dealer.
