Hi, I'm new in here and i bought my first electric car and off course it is Mx30.
Problem is missing total car kilometers from new today. Car is registered in end of the year 2020. Car shows when is next service. Also there is missing long consumption history information. I suppose that those two problems is connected to each other. Car is from Germany and now I bought that from carshop in Finland, and that user guide manual is in German language and I don't understand it all. In the local Mazda service they tried to solve this problem but they failed it. They promised to me that they ask it from Mazda if there have been similar problems and how to solve them.
Does anyone in here had been that kond od problem and how you can fixed it. Thanks, and hope that you can understand my description.

The car is second hand (used) y/n.
The previous km history is missing y/n.
The previous km per kw is also missing y/n.
The question is how do I discover the history of the previous usage y/n. Is that correct?

Shop where I bought it is quite big car seller and I trust what they said to me about kilometers.
I also see when is next service from the settings. And previous km per kw history is totally empty. I cam only see the current drive consumption.

And indeed in the local mazda service they said it is first time that kind of problem and they haven't solve it yet.

Understood. I will have a look tomorrow at various info to see if anything is available unless anyone jumps in earlier. It may well be the previous owner/dealer did a complete factory reset and wiped the history.

Sounds like Trip A, Trip B and Consumption have been reset. Probably as a way to increase the range figure for 100% SoC when selling. There will be no way to bring any of those numbers back but ODO will have total elapsed kilometers as it's illegal to turn back the odometer - press TRIP a couple of times

Hi, and thanks to answer my issue.
But we tried to press tripp several times and nothing happens, no any numbers or kilometers will not come to display. When press and keep that trip button few seconds there comes a little boise like it reset trip meter but there is no showing any numbers. But though still if seller reset those it cant reset that odo meter that easily to zero total kilometers. And I think still there should be at least something numbers, zero or something but it totally empty. And next service day or kilometers I can found easily.
Weird problem. We are driven that car few hundred kilometers and trip and previous km per kw is still empty.

Can you try a couple of things. Scroll through info button on the steering wheel. Does it at any time show fuel tank km range and below it km driven which as Baz stated should never be reset or tampered with. Also on the Mazda connect screen, information, energy efficiency it should show bars with your current use. The average efficiency current drive will be blank until you do a journey after resetting it as I believe you need to reset it every time you want to record a new journey.

Also on the app my Mazda, my vehicle what does that show?

Yes, if I scroll info button it shows me km range but nothing driven kilometers. There is not even a zero. But now I don't remember what else it shows to me when I scroll it and I don't have car near by me at this moment. And mazda connect screen, information shows me current drive energy efficiency bars but the lower energy effiency average history is totally empty and nothing comes there and indeed we have been driven several hundred kilometers with that. And indeed the kilometers of upcoming service will show in mazda connect screen. If it were completely reset, I thought they have been noticed it in my local Mazda service.🤔 They promised to figure it out but i dont believe they are that quick with it than you guys in here. And otherwise we are really happy with the car😊

I have been once contacted Mazda support Finland and they sayd to cantact me but I waited that contact about two weeks and nothing has been heard.

Yip it is total miles or km to date that is displayed. My MX30 reads 3866 miles today which matches the dash

Yes I can, and I believe that works ok. I have heated it once and lock the doors few times and it works. And also the update works and I can see the current range and is the doors locked or not and other else information.
