Hi!
I have quite of a problem, my MX 30 wont start. It says in the dashboard that the charger is connected even tough it isnt! I am in a parking lot far away from a charger, so its impossible... Have any of you guys encountered this problem?

Can you plug in a charger, lock and unlock the car, release the charge and try again? Not come across this before.

I tried it now, did not work :/
However when i had the charger in the port, i could put it in drive, but immediately when i plugged it out the same message popped up again...

Called the recovery truck, waiting for it now.

Do you have a cable on you which you can just plug into the car and put through the window to let you drive?

I can do that, but i have already called the recovery truck. On the flipside, i dont know how safe that is, its about a 17km drive home. He said he will try to restart the car by unplugging the battery for 5 ish minutes first, if that doesnt work he will take it to the dealer.

Well known issue. Dissconnect minus pol on 12v battery for 1 min

Found a leatherman in my dads car, disconnected the minus pol on the car and waited 5 minutes. Started right up again ☺ Pretty disappointed that such things can happend only 3800km in...

Is it a software bug or does it have to do with winter conditions (such as ice in the plug hole)?
