Hello. We are thinking about buying a used MX30 in New Hampshire. What do people in the US who own them outside of California do if any battery warranty work is needed? It's probably about $2000. or more to ship it one way to a California Mazda dealership.

Hi, have not heard about any battery issues with MX-30s around the world. Myne with more than 50.000 km will be 3 years old this October.

What do people in the US who own them outside of California do if any battery warranty work is needed?

First, you have 10yrs warranty on the battery. Then, you have a 'mobility guarantee' , I guess. We have that in Europe, even for a flat battery..
and last : why go to CAL if you have a dealer on your doorstep...
