Hello all. Just being lazy, as haven't actually looked at the manual yet, but my car is set to charge at night and wondered what the easiest way to override this is if I want to charge it during the day, so I don't lose the setting? Can I use the app (without the alarm going off :))? Thanks

Darren, I assume you have a schedule set up

1/ you can override it using remote charge start. Once finished/stopped it will revert to schedule

Or

2/ go to ev settings and charge when connected should show. Tick that box and charging will commence for that session only. You need to do it each time you want a manual charge as it will revert to schedule. This is the method I use.

As for the alarm that is a different story but it seems to only happen around the schedule and I have not had it happen manually charging using the remote start/stop request

Josje, when I tested it with manual at 100% and schedule at 90% it continued past 90% so on that basis I believe it will revert to manual charge % setting and ignore the schedule % as it is now a manual charge request.

Just a quick update. The start command from the app worked as expected and the stop command was successfully sent to the car, but the car decided to ignore it! I best check next time to make sure charging has stopped.

Thanks Alan, looks like it was user error. I just thought that the option would automatically change to stop, as it had already been started. I hadn't realised you had to swipe down to stop.
