Hi All, have taken delivery of a 2021 MX 30. Love it but slight issue hearing phone calls. I hear the phone ring, it shows who is calling but when I answer I can’t hear them. Have volume up. Thoughts?

Is that volume up on phone and on steering wheel volume switch and in settings? Just checking...also connected via Bluetooth or android/apple?

Try to remove the connections and try to reinstall.

Could you try someone else's phone in the car to determine phone or car issue as well as trying bassek's suggestion?

I had a problem with the iPhone not answering from the steering wheel and I had to turn off the ring tones on the phone. Not sure if that will help your problem but east enough to try

Rather embarrassingly, it was not having the volume up enough on my phone. 😬
