Looks pretty normal for 2nd service, if I'm reading the time allocated and services performed correctly, including, inspection, brake fluid replacement, cabin air filter. Only thing that might be considered extra is the charge for M-MDS, but that could be fair.
I wonder how their hourly rate compares to others, that might explain it in part.

Look at the service charge per month . It is half of the benzin/gas/petrol !!!!

If I'm reading the invoice correctly, the total amount of work you are being billed for is 1.5 hours, total €217,2 so €144,8 per hour without tax, (€173,3 per hour withi tax, total 258,4) like it states in the invoice.
The 1.2 hours figure, is the suggested time for the 2nd service, for which it looks like they put 1.3 hours, you could ask them the reason for that, then there is work not included in the service.
Having said all that, I do agree that it is a bit on the high price.

The total for work for the service is 265€ . A dealer can break it in as many pieces he likes and call it differently. You r missing the point . I already have answers saying 210 +- € And not 330 €. It is 50% up !

I just did my 20 000 km service, payed 300€, so that seems to be the price.
Really , I already have many messages and you are the exception. Why don’t you post the invoice ? It is absolutely legal. Don’t keep us waiting

My 20000 km service was 74 euros but the brake fluid was not changed. I wonder why brake fluid is changed on 7800km?
I believe according to Mazda maintenance schedule, brake fluid should be changed every 40000km or 2 years, whichever comes first.
Brake fluid is hygroscopic, so it's more about the age rather than the milage.

My Vauxhall dealer offered 'Fresh Gas' in the air-con system. This is nothing less than fraud and potentially damaging to the environment. In the old days, the R12 refrigerant would be vented to the atmosphere. At least the new scam includes recovery of very expensive refrigerant (I hope).
If the air-con is working fine, how would you know the refrigerant had been replaced?
Same applies to brake fluid, how do you know it has been replaced?

I ve sent a complaint . Guess what. Nothing . Not a single call or response. I guess nobody cares. And you know what ? This dealer gave me to sign an invoice for the work and materials for recall campaigns that had to be performed to my vehicle. Airbag replacement, maintance of the the charging system for the 12 V battery , and some more system updates. probably it took hours longer than my service. I signed. It was smth like ~300 euros for all this work. I asked for a copy. what the hell my signature was on it. The lady refused to give me a copy . I asked for a xerox. They refused . Unbelievable situations.
