My brother bought a MX-30 in November and, unfortunately, on the 23rd December he suffered a rear-end shunt. He enlisted Mazda assistance for repair but, to date, they have not obtained the spares to begin work. So, it has now been off the road longer than it has been driven. Does anyone have experience of successful repair that needed spares?

Hi, I had a small hit at the back in early 2020. Just minor scratches on the rear bumper. It was changed by Mazda, took 6 weeks to receive the bumper from Germany Mazda centre store, and another week for the paintjob.

Thanks Kopaszkrapek. My brother still waiting but it looks like Mazda just isn't holding spares anywhere. Note for those who have been concerned about the 6.6 kW charging limit, there is a good picture of the AC charge controller on the floor of the boot. It's quite large!
