The charging at home still doesn't stop even though I have set a charge limit in the Mazda. It stops for a minute and then starts over again, and it keeps doing the same procedure until the battery is charged 100%. If the limit is supposed to prolong the life of the battery, that won't be the the case here.
The installing company and the wall box company are now blaming each other.

Anyone with similar problem?

I had something similar with my Newmotion wall box and it was the box. I spoke to Newmotion and they asked many questions, most of which I had thought through and documented before the call. Then they interrogated the box on-line and admitted it was faulty.

Thanks. This issue has been around for a while now, but so far nobody wants to take responsibility.
Quite irritating. But I won't give up.

Problem soon to be solved (hopefully): After about eight months with charging box issues it has been decided that I will get a new box. The charge limit works in all chargers I have tried except the charging box I have.
Next week, I hope this whole thing will be over.
