I always fit winter tyres, living at 1000 feet near Slocht summit on A9.
I fit after market TPMS ,sensor on valves
Just ignore light on Mazda TPMS.
Does anyone know how to disable Mazda TPMS system ?

Unlike the CX5 where you had a tpms switch that you could do some junior jiggerry pokery with to disable the system it appears they have removed the switch and any easy way for owners to disable the system within the MX30. TPMS does not show in settings as a configurable function as you are probably aware. It appears the only way is buy Mazda tpms sensors and register them on your winter tyres. Not having tried it I believe there are some "OEM" ones on the markets but they do need the right codes.

I thought that may be the case
It is too much work to have my tyres taken off my winter wheels to fit sensors.
I can live with the light on.as long as I have the true reading on OEM TPMS .
I have used the TPMS OEM on a VW I had, and it is OK..
