[MX-30Rocks]

Does anyone know what is the process to get the $500 ChargePoint credit for new MX-30 owner (I bought the car last weekend and love it so much)? I asked the dealer and they told me to request it from Mazda North America, tried to contact them via email and phone but not successful so far. Thank you!

Wow really?? I don't think your dealership did/said the correct thing. My MX-30 I just got on Friday had the $500 card in the center console! I just scanned the card into the ChargePoint app and it added it. Only thing is there's no spot that displays the $500 balance in the app, are we just supposed to guess how much of it we've used over time?

I contacted Mazda again today and this time a wonderful lady named Christina gave me clear instructions on how to get it. You need to go to Mazda Sign Up - Charging credit | ChargePoint and sign up for the credit. Chargepoint will ask for your VIN and approve the request. Once they approve, you will see the $500 credit loaded on that card. I hope that helps.

I contacted Mazda again today and this time a wonderful lady named Christina gave me clear instructions on how to get it. You need to go to Mazda Sign Up - Charging credit | ChargePoint and sign up for the credit. Chargepoint will ask for your VIN and approve the request. Once they approve, you will see the $500 credit loaded on that card. I hope that helps.

I tried this, but I want the $500 off a new home charger. It's supposed to be either options but I can't find where to choose
