Hi All

Inquired with the sales rep on this already, and was told that it's normal but I have my doubts.

On the (US) drive side door right below the window buttons is another button that would lock the Passenger side window if engaged. In all vehicles I have driven with this, it lights up when engaged (i.e. when the non-driver windows are locked). For the MX30, it's not lighting up and sales rep says this is normal. Can you check yours (in US as non US version may differ)?

TIA!

I just had a look at mine a few minutes ago, no light came on when it was engaged. I tried with the ignition on and off, nothing changed. The good news is with 90 degree weather today, it's a great day for a drive!

Please as so does mine, all is illuminated as are all other areas but the actual window lock button does not go orange when pressed. I would be interested to see the photo with that lit when operated. If it does as you say a handbook search is required!

Thanks Alan

I say that it is iluminated because i think the question is if the button is or not iluminated.
I dont know if it goes orange or pink :) when pressed, because i never use it.
If the question is about a change of colour when pressed, that i dont know.

That is the question unfortunately. Not does the panel light including around the switches but does it illuminate when pressed.

Right. This is for when the Lock is engaged. As someone pointed out, the button engaged is slightly lower but otherwise no light comes on when it is engaged (in comparison to other cars I have owned)
